Neurological Foundation Training Fellowship in Neuropathology

The Neurological Foundation of New Zealand offers a training and research Fellowship to allow a suitably qualified medical graduate to pursue a career in neuropathology in New Zealand.

It is a requirement of the award that the Fellow return to work in New Zealand after their year of study and research.The Fellowship will be for one year and the successful applicant will join an approved Neuropathology Registrar Training Programme.

The Fellow will be required to carry out a research project during the year. This will be relevant to neuropathology and may be a project of the Fellow's own (approved) design, or part of the spectrum of research carried out in the approved training centre.

Applicants should have completed, or be studying towards, a Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists.

The offer is open-ended and applications can be accepted at any time.
