Make a donation by direct credit

Please follow these steps so we can correctly identify your donation and send a receipt:

If you are an existing supporter:
- As a reference, use the identification number above your name and address on the donation coupon you have received, OR
- Your surname, initial and the first 12 characters of your address

If you are not currently on our mailing list:
- As a reference, use your surname and initials and send your full name and address details with the amount and date of your donation in a separate email to: admin@neurological.org.nz
