What's good for your heart is good for your brain

While researchers continue to seek treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, prevention remains the best approach for now. What’s good for your heart is good for your brain: enjoy a healthy diet, exercise, sleep well, reduce stress and alcohol intake, and don’t smoke. Make sure your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose are under control.
